About the position In this role as a receptionist, you will be part of developing a service assignment in one of Gothenburg's most popular shopping centers!

At Frölunda Torg's beautiful information desk, you as a receptionist are part of the shopping experience for visitors and a natural contact for employees in the center. Together with your colleague, you will be the face of the shopping center, which requires good communication skills, attentiveness, and a positive attitude. We offer a very varied and independent job in a pleasant environment with cheerful and service-oriented colleagues.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things, directing visitors, answering questions, selling gift cards, contacting suppliers and center management, as well as other customer inquiries. The position also includes some administrative tasks. You will be an important contact point for everyone in the center and deliver high-level service daily!

Previous experience

  • You have previous experience working in service, reception, or similar roles.

  • You speak fluent Swedish and English.

  • You have experience with the Office suite.

  • Completed high school education.

  • Experience working with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

The employment Employment type: Long-term substitute Employment rate: The position is 80% Start: January 2026 Working hours: Monday to Friday 13:45-20:10 and every other Sunday 09:30-14:00.

A background check will be conducted prior to employment as part of the recruitment process.
